Caring for your silk garments Relax - it's silk! Silk does not stretch or shrink. Kavita's silk painting techniques produce garments that will not run or fade. So relax and enjoy your silk garments and scarves! Hand wash in mild soap and warm water. We do not recommend machine washing or drying. Adding a few drops of hair conditioner to the final rinse water will leave your garment feeling sensationally silky! Hang to dry. Your garment will hold it's shape. Silk does not stretch or shrink. Cool iron if necessary. Wrinkles from packing will disappear when your hang your garment overnight. Stubborn wrinkles can be removed with a cool iron set on "silk" or by hanging your garment in the bathroom during a shower. The humidity will remove wrinkles for you. Stains. Consult your dry cleaning specialist. Travel. Pack your silk apparal as you would any clothing item. Simply hang the garment when you unpack. Minor packing wrinkles will disappear overnight. Ladies T-shirts These quality t-shirts by Anvil are comfortable and durable enough for everyday wear. Colorfast 100% Cotton Machine Wash and Dry Silk Prints Silk prints can be hung in any room. The prints are colorfast and will not fade. Any item hung in direct sun will fade in time. To prolong the life of your silk print avoid hanging in direct or harshly sunlit areas. Giclee Limited Edition Prints Giclee Prints are shipped to you as a rolled canvas to prevent damage during shipping. To care properly for your Giclee print do not place it in direct sunlight. Do not scratch or rub the print. If your giclee print is framed without glass simply clean it with a feather duster.
